How does the 2-week rental work?
We deliver your totes, you keep them for up to 14 days, then we come pick them up. No daily charges — it's a flat 2-week rate.
What if I need them longer?
No problem. Contact us before your rental period ends and we'll arrange an extension at a prorated rate.
Are the totes clean when delivered?
Yes — every tote is cleaned and inspected before delivery. You'll receive them ready to load.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Yes, someone needs to sign at the time of drop-off.
What if a tote gets damaged?
Normal wear is covered. Damage beyond normal use may incur a replacement fee — we'll discuss it with you directly, no surprises.
